What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will be chargeable for the effective execution of service in the Executive Dining Room/Restaurant of a corporate dining account assisting the Manager in all aspects of dining room service. Always ensuring that the Standards of Excellence as determined by Restaurant Associates and the customer are fulfilled. Additional responsibilities include maintain high level of customer satisfaction, maintain schedules, payroll and other administrative support to maintain food and beverage cost controls including inventory and pars. Moreover Restaurant Manager will coordinate and lead pre-shift and departmental meetings daily.

What your background should be

6-8 years dining experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
