It is the duty of the Restaurant Manager to establish and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards that fulfill guest expectations. The person will create, maintain and revise training manuals, policy / procedure manual, and job descriptions. The Restaurant Manager will be accountable for developing and maintaining financial / statistical reports and annual budget. It is the task of the Restaurant Manager to complete all administrative paperwork in a thorough and timely manner. Moreover the person will be expected to supervise inventory make recommendations for supply / equipment purchases.
