Restaurant Server

What you'll be doing: Adhere to company policy, state, and federal regulations regarding service of alcohol. Deliver outstanding service to all guests. Demonstrate current and working knowledge of restaurant environment. Follow food safety standards and maintain work area and equipment in accordance with health department standards. Follow area specific steps of service, use table and position numbers and deliver food and beverage orders to customers in a timely fashion. Educate, sample and serve customers food products. Effectively manage multiple customers and communicate customer requests or concern and service flow issues with servers and manager of duty. Follow station specific duties and responsibilities. Work with the bus and host team to assist in clearing and resetting tables.

What your background should be: Experience working in a restaurant as a server. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and learn new procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
