What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain branch monthly sales goals. Assist in hiring process for all branch employees (i.e. office manager & consultants). Support with branch monthly and annual plan. Review consultants reports, estimates and files to ensure high quality. Create a network of sub-contractors to assist branch. Work with marketing department in order to develop/maintain clientele as needed. Responsible for making contact with clients (i.e. insured, adjuster, attorney, independent adjuster, public adjuster, engineer and insured contractor in an effort to set up appointment for inspection purpose. Monitor job files through completion. Provide status updates as required.

What your background should be

Minimum 20+ years of experience in restoration. Must have experience in understanding/following budgets. Working knowledge of estimating process and current material/labor rates and standards. Proficient in the estimating software Xactimate. Expert testimony experience is preferred but not required.

Required Schooling / Training

High school degree.
