What you'll be doing
- Plan and lead the activity of all store within the assigned area of operation, including full profit and loss responsibility, while acting within the scope of company objective and policy to accomplish divisional and regional goal. Fair administration of human resource policy & practice. Superior customer service through fun, friendly store. Area annual sale growth that meet or exceed company target through quality order and efficient flow process. All tool is effectively utilized in each store and market resulting in superior inventory presentation and management. Effective planning & execution of company objective. Total development of human capital through proactive recruitment, selection and education of employee and customer. Protection of company asset through loss prevention and expense efficiency. Identify and develop new business opportunity within operational area Consistent and effective communication of divisional and regional priority to store team. Demonstrated result-oriented leadership including the ability to model total development and serve as a steward of the company mission and value. Demonstrated record of achieving performance goal and objective. Financial analysis skill sufficient to interpret operating statement and other financial reporting data, manage budget, and control inventory. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in collaboration with team to achieve objective in a participative management style.
What your background should be
- 4+ years retail management experience with progressively more responsibility, managing multi-unit operation in retail, grocery or convenience store operation with full P&L responsibility preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree preferred.
