Retail Leasing Broker

What you'll be doing: Develop client relationships between tenants and landlords, continually show a strong work ethic with a desire to be successful daily, conduct business with a high level of moral integrity, establish a knowledge of the trade areas both geographically and demographically, maintain prompt follow up with clients and comprehensive record keeping, create and present letters of intent/proposals to lease, background and financial information and lease documents in a timely and professional manner, keep all documentation organized and consistent.

What your background should be: OR and/or WA real estate license (must be able to obtain prior to employment).Ability to problem solve. Ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook email. ability to effectively navigate files and folders on a PC. Self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills written, verbal and listening. Thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment without micro management. Great time managment. Ability to call a high volume of different kinds of businesses and business owners without hesitation.
