What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the lease department. Perform general administrative duty such as answering phone, filing, faxing, processing mail and printing, binding, scheduling meeting, processing travel and expense report and making travel arrangement. Assist the lease team with the preparation of leasing document. Prepare and maintain the leasing folder. Responsible for preparing lease proposal, entering and tracking deal in internal system. Assist with preparing or running leasing report. Maintain and regularly update broker mailing list. Assist with organizing special internal event and broker event. Process department invoice and expense for payment. Perform switchboard relief duty as needed. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to facilitate positive relationship with customer, client, coworker and management. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Effective written and verbal skills, ability to interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills. Must be able to operate cameras and other surveillance equipment. Ability to think and act clearly in possible stressful and hostile situations. Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
