What you'll be doing
- Responsible for vendor program including scheduling, vendor audits, communication, orientation and recruitment of new vendors. Responsible for daily gift card cash management (reconciliation daily, weekly, weekly inventory summary, auditing). Responsible for safe and cashier audits. Coordinate client book signings and sell at venues. Keep abreast of store financial trends and contests for employees. Assist in motivating and training store associates with sales and customer service techniques. Assist in tracking purchases and buying as needed directed by management. Assist at market 4 times a year for purchasing .Assist in purchasing. Regional visits 3 times a year.
What your background should be
- Basic management experience 1 year. Basic functional experience 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations. Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel Knowledge. Retail & customer service experience. Good communication skills. Supervisory experience.
Required Schooling / Training
- High School diploma or GED.
