What you'll be doing
- The Retail Sales Associate will deliver world-class customer service to all customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Retail Sales Associate will expertly advises customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibit confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry. It is the duty of the Retail Sales Associate to assist with other Center functions as needed, such as faxing, copying, laminating, and binding. Moreover, the candidate will take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
What your background should be
- 1 year of customer service experience
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
