What you'll be doing

The essential functions of retail sales consultant: possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals. The successful candidate should stay up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices (e.g. Wi-Fi, data devices, TV entertainment tools etc.). Typically, the ideal person may ability to understand customers needs and help them discover how company products meet those needs. The incumbent will responsible for maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features. Additionally, handle all administrative aspects of the retail sales including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Candidate should interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all customers. The individual must have ability to do multi task in a fast paced team environment. The ideal candidate will perform additional duties as assigned.

What your background should be

1 to 3 years of retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax. Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate and also wear a uniform required. The candidate must have ability to assist with inventory maintenance.
