What you'll be doing

The position will maintain excellent customer and staff relations and sales floor presentation. S/he will reconcile receipts/cash and prepare bank deposits. Maintain a safe and secure environment. The incumbent will lead and encourage store staff. Provide staff training; assign specific duties and follow-up. S/he will also maintain store equipment in proper working order. Maintain excellent housekeeping standards. Perform accurate operations of a cash register. Receive and record donations from public. Maintain high awareness of employee and customer safety, sorts and prices donations, loads and unloads store trucks. Maintain high awareness of employee and customer safety.

What your background should be

1 to 2 years of supervisory and retail experience. Ability to word processing software. Shift flexibility and overtime when needed. Ability to work without supervision. Ability to handle confidential information.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
