Retail Store Management Trainee

What you'll be doing: Build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Provide tire and auto products and services. Create results for teammates, customers and the company. Merchandise, advertise and promotion of products and services. Select, coach and develop store teammates. Document and determine the best response and solution to a wide variety of situations. Communicate accurately to sales teammates and technicians to establish time commitments that meet companies standards and exceed the standards of company boss (the customer). Explain all warranties and options to company boss (the customer), thanking them for their visit and conveying companies true appreciation for their business.

What your background should be: Ability to step up to duties as assigned. Demonstrated success in retail sales management is a plus. Valid driving license required.
