What you'll be doing
- As a company Retail Store Manager you will be responsible for achieving corporate goals in profit contribution, sales performance and profit and loss control through overseeing the operational aspects of the store, as well as managing the store sales efforts. Essential functions of the Retail Store Manager position: - Ensuring the efficient routine operation of the store. - Driving sales though report analysis and customer care service. - Issuing accurate disciplinary and counseling action to the associates who never meet our performance standards. - Generating payroll plans and directing payroll on a daily basis in order to make certain the plan is successfully met. - Taking part in searching, hiring, interviewing and hiring for salaried and hourly associates. - Keeping up the Corporate standards for the merchandise presentation. - Ensuring compliance to every guideline regarding the safety, cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
What your background should be
- Basic requirements the incumbent must 100% meet: - Flexibility in work schedule (including holidays and weekends). - Perfect customer care and communication skills. - Efficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to comply with the Federal requirements for directing / processing firearm transactions. - Ability to solve problems and analytical skills. - Five years of related professional experience in Management area and three years of prior Store Manager experience.
