What you'll be doing
- The role of the Reverse Logistics Manager is designed to oversee all aspects of the reverse logistics services provided by a 3rd party reverse logistics partner; ensuring all aspects of the reverse logistics operations are conducted efficiently and effectively thus achieving high quality standards and customer satisfaction across the organization. He/she will monitor the level of service provided by 3rd party reverse logistics partner of the client company; develop, coordinate and train on the reverse logistics process and procedure with Vendors and BUs across the organization (Supply Chain, Sales, IT, Finance and Loss Prevention); manage the liquidation process and provide timely and accurate reporting on 3PL performance.
What your background should be
- 5 years experience in reverse logistics, supply chain management, inventory management, analytics, and transportation management. Analytical skills including business reporting, data retrieval, data management, data modeling and scripting tools (e.g. Sql, Cognos, Access and Excel). Strong negotiation skills for interaction with 3rd party reverse logistics provider and liquidation vendors.
