What you'll be doing
- Under the guidance and direction of the director, the candidate provides nursing leadership for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and safety in assigned areas of responsibility. Collaborates with physicians, other departments, to coordinate the needs of patients and families. Manages resources in a fiscally responsible manner. The incumbent will support the mission and vision of the facility, division, and company. Applicant will assure quality care through the initiation and evaluation of patient care utilizing performance improvement process.
What your background should be
- Three years of current experience in the designated clinical area required. One year of management experience preferred. Current RN licensure required. Ability to achieve and maintain BLS certification, ACLS certification, and PALS.
Required Schooling / Training
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
