What you'll be doing
- Duties is:Planning and Identify patient care needs. - Identify and communicates patient condition as suitable. - Planner of all disciplines. - Handling the patient. - Planning the discharge needs to do with healthcare team.
What your background should be
- Establish rapport. - Establish therapeutic (helping) relationship. - Be aware of verbal & nonverbal communication. - Assertive communicator. - One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred. - Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN) is minimum Qualification. - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (RN). - Within six months of hire date to position the certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred. - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
