Roadway Administrator

What you'll be doing: This position will assist the transportation manager with coordination of roadways inventory repairs and billing, liberty-bluestone and business units, with focus on pipeline and compressor site locations. Candidate will review and create invoices and P.O.s for roadway repairs and the general maintenance of the roadways. This position will monitor and maintain invoices and P.O.s for accounting and auditing purposes. This position will be responsible for tracking and inputting all needed invoices for the AFE's to ensure that the contractors working for the transportation manger are up to date and in correct order to guarantee the contractors are up to date with payments and billing. Candidate will coordinate with the contractors working for the transportation manager to ensure the needed AFE's are secured for roadway inspection and permitting in a timely fashion. This position will also be responsible to monitor and request needed road and access permit fees in the business unit. This position will be given additional tasks as required by the transportation manager.

What your background should be: Ability to understand and use all Microsoft and Oracle programs. Ability in project management including develops project plans; coordinates projects; communicates changes and progress; completes projects on time and budget; manages project team activities. Ability to interact with customers and the general public.
