What you'll be doing
- Incumbent is responsible for overall management of a remote 24 hour, 7 day operation center with multiple products and multiple shifts, including all operation, customer service and mini data center operation. Candidate is responsible for financial planning, forecasting, expense control, volume and staff planning, facilities and human resource function. Manage the customer and vendor relationship for site. Provide status report on financial performance, inventory management, and productivity to the network manager. The candidate is responsible for tem building with site and demonstrating successful leadership qualities. Meet site productivity and quality goal.
What your background should be
- Extensive financial, clerical management, expense control management, forecasting, customer service, and human resources experience required. Exceptional decision-making skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and people management skills are required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
