What you'll be doing
- Sales and Retention Associate will be responsible for achieving specific sales business targets and maximizing sales opportunities. Place and receive customer inquiries that may require deviation from a script or sales flow process. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. Candidate has to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Achieve individual goals, including sales and retention metrics. Help with other sales and customer service events and tasks as necessary. Help with POP displays and member promotions and contests. Helps with member rewards programs and member appreciation events. Resolve customer service issues with a smile. Communicate with members and guests in person and via phone, email and letters. Keep work place clean and well maintained by performing light cleaning, stocking, and running smoothly by performing light phone and clerical work. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales and Retention Team Manager.
What your background should be
- An ideal candidate must be able to follow scripts and spoken/written instructions. Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff. Able to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment. Able to work a minimum of one weekend shift and one night shift. An up-beat and engaging personality. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills. No experience required, but previous customer service or sales experience a plus.
