Sales Associate

What you'll be doing: Perform duties in such a manner as not to jeopardize the safety and health of themselves, fellow associate, customer, the public, or the environment. Assist customer with selection of optical good based on prescription written by optometrist and individual need. Meet and exceed pre-established company goal. Ensure all intra web function is done daily including cancelled job status, backorder list, and problem job. Take optical measurement for customer eyewear. Correctly operate equipment necessary to adjust eyewear. Coordinate the delivery of eyewear product to customer according to company guideline. Listen and respond immediately with an appropriate level of concern to all customer issue. Analyze, solve, and correct customer service issue. Check status and notify customer when order is delayed.

What your background should be: A successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented with an ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a lot of teamwork and provides a great opportunity to join a growing and successful company. Previous retail experience preferred, but not required. Effective interpersonal skill. Ability to present and sell eyeglass, feature, and specialty lenses. Excellent customer service skill. Ability to learn and apply optical knowledge. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to transcribe word and number.
