- Sales Associate's responsibilities include to maximize selling potential through offering outstanding client service, utilizing effective selling techniques and merchandizing to company standard. It is the role of the Sales Associate to get selling goals as established by management on daily bases which involves average transactions, units per transactions, preferred client program and sales productivity objectives. Sales Associate will oversee that policies and procedures of the company are adhered and manage client point of sales transactions in a good manner. A Sales Associate will be involved in tagging merchandise with tags (price tags, size tags, sales stickers), also will help customers finding merchandise and resolve their problems by giving them an alternate choice.

- High school diploma/GED
