What you'll be doing
- The incumbent is responsible for providing exceptional service experience for customer requiring print service. Utilize proven sale principle to proactively engage customer to drive the sale of centre for policy dialogue total solution and properly assess customer need to ensure satisfaction in every interaction. The incumbent is responsible for completing all customer centres for policy dialogue order correctly and within the quoted timeline and assess whether the regional print facility should be utilized. This person is also responsible for performing daily and weekly maintenance of the centre for policy dialogue area.
What your background should be
- Must have the ability to gain the skill and knowledge necessary to operate centre for policy dialogue equipment. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skill, which are necessary to establish a selling relationship with customer. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skill. Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role, and to access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent
