Sales Contract Specialist Supervisor

What you'll be doing

Supervise the sales contract specialist team while providing leadership, guidance, training and routine performance reviews. Work with management to provide total quality service to companies internal and external customers while evaluating organizational structure, processes and systems to support continuous improvement. Maintain and interpret contract team policies and procedures to support reporting and compliance requirements of the OVC including mark to market and back to back processes. Facilitate the hire of new contract team members and assist in the hire of new customer service team members. Perform total contract management for assigned customer accounts, including determination of final product prices based on current market conditions and approved overages, system entry, contract balance reporting and coordination of booking requests with the OVC trading group. Contract drag management including, but not limited to, creation and distribution of drag reports, rolling contracts forward with applicable charges as approved by sales and review drag prior to new contract bookings. Investigate and resolve pricing issues, billing concerns as within the scope of contract entry and negotiation.

What your background should be

Three or more years previous customer service experience with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, previous sales experience is a plus. Proven ability to support, coach, supervise and motivate staff. Strong analytical, mathematical, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient organizational skills, especially time management. Familiarity with CBOT exchange and fundamentals of futures and basis trading.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relatable field required.
