What you'll be doing

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue quota. Provide day to day support and manage expectation of customer within the territory. Develop and implement an annual territory business plan in partnership with the RSM. Work closely with distributor to define a mutual action plan. Travel with distributor sales people to educate them and customer on companies product capability and solution. Review distributor performance and account development. Recommend addition or change. Prepare ongoing forecast with opportunity pipeline detail. Collaborate with OEM business development team to accelerate sales at targeted account. Gather competitive pricing and market need. Continually enhance sales skill. Deliver technical sales presentation. Work closely with internal personnel to prioritize and determine solution and proposal for opportunity. Enter and maintain contact, opportunity and action in the CRM system.

What your background should be

Minimum of five years sales experience in the motion control industry. Proven success at managing distributors and developing OEM accounts. Proficient with MS Office. Experience with SAP or other CRM systems is helpful.
