What you'll be doing
- Responsible to understand business need, issue, strategy and priority in order to deliver value added business solution. Observe and participate in presenting product and service that can benefit customer need. Identify key business driver and key trend. Maintain complete knowledge of the organization product, service and policy. Anticipate the customer need and provide solution, effectively influence customer and diffuse potential problem. Assist management in devising direct sale plan and strategy. Develop new account and grow existing account. Successful account management, maintenance and development. Maintain customer satisfaction focus in all activity including post sale support spanning project implementation, order tracking and escalation. Execute order including data gathering, form preparation, review and approval. Ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of inventory, booking of business for all service.
What your background should be
- Seven or more years of relevant work experience in telecommunication industry. Strong customer support skill. Three or more years of consultative sale experience. Excellent written and oral communication skill. Ability to successfully manage multiple project and escalation. Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skill. Valid driving license required.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor of science in engineering, computer science or mis is preferred.
