What you'll be doing
- This position will report to the sale director and support the catering function with building operation, culinary department and catering department along with the sale team charged with revenue growth. Network for new sale opportunity, conduct sales blitz and other marketing effort to support catering sale growth. Responsible for following up on inquiries for function either through lead from the client or through sourcing organization that conduct event. Capable of relating to a variety of audience and the ability to follow up and secure booking for function event. Responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnership with client and guest key stakeholder.
What your background should be
- Three to five years progressive exempt level sales management experience in a high volume sport and entertainment, hotel, catering or convention center environment required.
