What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will initiate one on one dialog with potential referral sources and maintain positive relationships with current referral sources. He/she will design, develop and drive cutting edge sales strategies, designed to increase patient/resident admissions. The candidate will leverage their clinical/sales expertise to sell model to prospective referral sources aiding in the patient/resident admissions/referral process. The incumbent is also responsible to begin the process with identifying new prospects, educating patient/client about company health care policies and business model. The candidate can expect to spend most of their time in the field, making presentations, assessing patients/residents and building these long term relationships.

What your background should be

This position required minimum two years of demonstrated life cycle sales experience; B2B and DTC, from lead generation. Ability to educate the client, persistent following up all leads, issues and success stories. Strong preference given to candidates who have previously operating in the sales function of a medical device, institutional pharmaceutical or healthcare setting company. Consideration will be given to those with prior durable medical equipment and home health and hospice.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree with clinical licensure is required or bachelor degree without clinical licensure is preferred.
