Sales Producer

What you'll be doing: The client company is seeking a professional insurance sales person. Selling auto, home, boat, motorcycle and other specialty lines via lead provided through web service and telemarketer, relationship building, working lead list from past source. Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow up. Effectively communicate to team and management key customer issue and concern. Continually maintain and update product-offering knowledge. Continually maintain and update continuing education requirement. Help create a dynamic and transformative teamwork environment. Perform all other task as assigned.

What your background should be: Candidate would have recent work experience in selling with a proven record of accomplishment of exceeding goal. Have the ability to consistently meet agency goal and the ability to quickly reorganize priorities to maintain agency goal. Have a proficiency in written and oral communication. This person must possess a strong desire to sell P&C insurance products.
