What you'll be doing

Build and maintain a remarkable, customer centered, sales and service experience. Greet customers promptly in a professional manner and work to gain immediate trust and rapport. Engage in consultative, fact finding selling to ensure customers wants and needs. Build and maintain a thorough customer base through prospecting on a consistent basis. Follow up with customers regularly to ensure an ongoing sales and service relationship. Work with sales management, as well as the entire staff, to ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly and monthly. Perform duties according to the direction given by the general manager. Focus on completing all job duties each day with a positive, pro active attitude. Set monthly sales goals; monitor, track and strive to meet those goals each month.

What your background should be

Must have a valid driving license. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Possess exceptional phone skills and be comfortable placing and receiving a high volume of sales calls. Be teachable and receptive to specific sales related training and coaching.
