What you'll be doing
- The incumbent will be responsible to greet customer in the store, ascertain what each individual need and make recommendation based on their specification. Developing new personal and business account. Providing information about wireless phone and internet service. Monitoring the competition. Recommending change in product and service to existing customer. Resolving customer complaint. Maintaining professional and technological knowledge of cutting edge technology. Compute sale price, total purchase and receive and process payment. Perform other task as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum two years of direct sale or relevant experience. Must value integrity, personal responsibility and possess a goal oriented, entrepreneurial spirit. Must have effective verbal and interpersonal communication skill and strong negotiating abilities. Bilingual skill (spanish), a plus. Technical aptitude and being computer literate familier.
Required Schooling / Training
- College degree preferred.
