What you'll be doing
- Prepares business plans for the territory. Plans include opportunity map, estimates current and future levels of spending on products and services, sales strategies, tactics and resource requirements. Understands the generic strengths and vulnerabilities of major competitors and develops sales strategies to respond effectively. Ensures that the account plans and sales activities are consistent with overall business goals. Proactively meets with customers throughout the region on a regular basis to ensures customer satisfactions. Conducts quarterly account reviews and updates the account plans on a regular basis to reflects progress and market changes. Prepares and present executive proposals using accomplished presentation skills. Negotiates and close enterprise software contracts with a variety of customers. Prepares and executes business plans with a high level of professional and strategic thinking. Develops and grows pipeline with business partners. Maintains and updates CRM regularly and with accuracy.
What your background should be
- 5 years enterprise software sales experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated success achieving sales goal. Must be able to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment. Ability to travel (up to 50% in region). Proven success with software sales. ERP software experience. Technical/science/medical experience is preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelors degree.
