What you'll be doing
- Insurance sales representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from a variety of sources, including networking, referrals, marketing, cold-calling and lead databases; setting appointments and meeting with prospective customers and business owners in their homes, places of business, or other settings; presenting and explaining our products and services using a consultative approach, based on a true understanding of client needs and goals. To be successful insurance sales professional, the incumbent will directly be involved in calling, presenting and selling the company products and services. The incumbent will always be focusing to follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
What your background should be
- The ideal candidate should have the ability to perform client focused needs analysis meetings. Applicant should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and various windows application. Candidate should have the ability to obtain Insurance Licenses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
