What you'll be doing

Serve as the store expert in millwork by provide detail product information to both customer and peer, promote and recommend product, plan or installation service that match customer need, inform customer on pricing, option or status on pending order. Include generate lead, conduct sales activity, build relationship with customer, keep shelve stock and correctly display and coordinate successful completion of project and order. This include perform order management duty such as enter new order for customer, reach out to vendor on special order, track and fulfill order and resolve issue.

What your background should be

1 year experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special order. 2 years experience identifying and selling products based upon customer needs or plans. 2 years experience in providing customer service including identifying and resolving customer complaints, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers and thanking customers for their business. 2 years experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales or installs. 1 year experience promoting product related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing or extended protection plans. 1 year employment with client company as a sales specialist. 1 year experience in a trade directly related to this department (millwork). Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma or equivalent.
