What you'll be doing
- Serve as the store expert in outdoor power equipment by providing detailed product information to customer and peer, promoting, and recommending product, plan, or installation service that match customer need, informing customer on pricing, options, or status on pending order. Include generating lead, conducting sales activities, building relationship with customer, keeping shelve stocked and correctly displayed and coordinating successful completion of project and order. Also responsible for performing order management duties such as entering new order for customer, reaching out to vendor on special order, tracking and fulfilling order and resolving issue.
What your background should be
- One-year external experience in customer facing sales or six months retail experience is required. Two years experience in providing customer service including identifying and resolving customer complaint, greeting customer, answering phone, building relationship with customer and thanking customer for their business.
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma or equivalent.
