What you'll be doing

Provides high quality sales support to the sales team including; client response duties, sourcing information (RFI and RFPs), and follow-up on issues. Analyzes targeted accounts and develops recommendations related to account management, information collection, targeted marketing and other major initiatives. Coordinates with finance and field representatives to complete; budget revisions, analysis of study budgets, and client reports for actual study budget spend vs. study budget. Coordinates internal problem resolution for clients and field representatives. Partners with field representatives in the development and execution of client-based plans and strategies. Provides direct customer support via telephone as needed including; client inquiry calls, out-going prospecting calls, web site inquiries and potential customer RFP.

What your background should be

Minimum 3 years experience in inside sales, customer support or related experience is required. Previous outside sales experience a plus. Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical trials preferred. Good financial background and broad base of business required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and quality focus. Strong PC skills, especially excel. Ability to take initiative and work independently. Demonstrated commitment to living the values.

Required Schooling / Training

BS/BA in business/finance or similar.
