What you'll be doing

The incumbent is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing support throughout his/her shopping experience including promoting customer loyalty plans and/or extended protection/replacement plans, processing sales and returns using a cash register, and addressing customer complaints. Provides fast, fun and friendly checkout service. Resolves guest concerns in a positive, helpful manner. The candidate knows RED card SM messaging and solicit guest registrations. Handle money, refunds and exchanges. The candidate learns new technology to transfer money. Quickly and accurately scan and bag all items and collect payment.

What your background should be

Minimum qualifications 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information. 6 months experience using a hand held device as a mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod to enter, access, and output information. Should have 6 months retail experience. The candidate must have 6 months experience as a cashier.

Required Schooling / Training

Associates degree in business.
