What you'll be doing

The incumbent lead and manage a team of support associate. Setting work priority and ensuring a smooth transition of work between the various team. Plan, direct and coordinate the daily activity of mail open, cashier, image capture, image review, data entry, book print, card print and quality control. Plan and follow established procedure and method to meet changing processing requirement. Provide regular operational feedback, management meeting, status update, attendance reporting, training record and other production activity reporting. Notify the passport support manager of any problem or issue with staff adherence to procedure any internal control violation. Monitor workload and make recommendation to the government on how to divide work among support staff. Monitor contractor personnel performance and ensure that work is performed in accordance with performance standard, established procedure and internal control.

What your background should be

Four years of experience in managing team. Two years of supervisory experience and utilizing a verity of office software. Demonstrated customer service experience. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, assign, delegate, prioritize and organize workflow duties of a team.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree
