What you'll be doing
- The person in this role will be liable for timely and accurate processing of company invoices and for providing additional high level support for senior leadership. This person will have a strong ability to multi-task, coordinate, and complete entire accounts payable process within established procedures while working effectively with multiple departments, vendors and team members. The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist is also expected for determining process improvements to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reporting and standardizing accounts payable policies, procedures and internal controls across the Firm. The successful candidate will prepare and record journal entries, support schedules, account reconciliations, and roll forwards related to all facets of Accounts Payable.
What your background should be
- 4-6 years of accounts payable experience
Required Schooling / Training
- Associate's degree
