What you'll be doing
- As a senior level analyst on the team, you will create innovative and complex analytics using HR data and metrics to address strategic needs and support initiatives. You will utilize analytics to tell the story to leadership, solve issues and improve performance through creating scorecards, ash boards, detailed reports and insights/research. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating complex information and statistical reports using HR and business systems and applications including workday, taleo and independent databases. Monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on hr metrics. Managing data gathering, queries and report writing for projects and developing documentation and data analysis. Partnering with application users, HR business partners and line managers to coordinate information reporting and analysis. Providing ongoing support to the HR organization globally with reporting and analysis including design and implementation of enhanced analytical tools and processes.
What your background should be
- Must have five or more years analysis, storytelling, data management and reporting experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint skills including use of complex formulas, pivot tables, macros and SQL statements. Working with raw data and utilizing various tools, such as databases, spreadsheets and scripting, to produce impactful results. Excellent communication skills written, verbal and presentation.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in a related field or advanced degree preferred.
