What you'll be doing
- As a member of the company, you will help clients navigate through complicated transactions and events, from evaluation through integration, in a multifaceted business environment. Our company helps clients negotiate with confidence. Our experts also perform private equity valuations and valuations of financial instruments.
What your background should be
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience Necessary. Considerable aptitude for applying financial accounting, corporate finance, business analysis, and report writing to create and deliver valuation solutions to the client. Demonstrates considerable experience providing professional services in one or more of the following areas: business enterprise valuation, financial modeling, derivatives, intellectual property valuation, impairment testing, purchase price allocation, private equity valuation.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Analysis, or related major.
