Senior Business Analyst

What you'll be doing: The candidate will perform complex planning and design of business processes and system. Provide recommendation for complex change to improve and support business activities. Oversee new and improvement of current capacities, training and support. Provide partial life cycle planning, requirement, quality testing, user acceptance testing, implementation, post implementation, maintenance, and daily operation of information system and technology functional area. Assist with policies and practices to ensure these services and application meet the customer need. The candidate will perform complex analysis of business goal, objective, and need of the general business environment and may create complex functional and technical specification and flowchart.

What your background should be: Typically, eight to ten years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities. Demonstrate and apply comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignment. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of concept, practice, and procedure of particular area of specialization. Demonstrate significant knowledge of organization business practices and issues faced and contribute to problem resolution.
