What you'll be doing
- Documenting business requirements/rules document and transfer knowledge, providing clarity/suggestions to the technology team during the development stage of a project to meet the client business needs. Create process maps/flow charts create process of both, existing and future state, processes. Perform and help facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT). Lead/conduct presentations, meetings, and training sessions. Prepare test plans and scripts. Perform systems testing of moderate complexity. Participate in the project management process.
What your background should be
- 5+ years of experience working with analysis, development, improvement and implementation of processes and procedures. Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Some travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients or other off-site personnel. Strong written and oral communication skills.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
