What you'll be doing
- This position will be accountable for developing consolidated Medicare Service Operations (MSO) reports. Senior Consultant will require consulting with individuals from the various MSO functional areas and Key SMEs to define the reporting need, building data dictionaries, design, testing and implementing reports. This individual will also take existing reports and integrate into dashboards and interactive reports, employing automation where possible. The position holder will research, manipulate and prepare complex data to provide information and analysis for MSO management and leadership. The ideal candidate will provide oversight into data quality and feedback to various areas in order to improve service delivery and enhance efficiency, productivity and quality. Further, the Senior Consultant will partner with internal and external customers to provide information and guidance that helps in addressing the analytical and reporting needs.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience
