What you'll be doing

Working within a team, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing customer issues, escalating when necessary and helping to resolve defects. The successful applicant will be a quick learner and thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with clients. Other responsibilities include assisting other team members with their workloads and identifying and developing enhancements to improve system performance.

What your background should be

At least two years previous experience working within a software development role using Java, .NET or C++ (object oriented programming) is essential.

Required Schooling / Training

University graduate or equivalent third level certification.
