What you'll be doing

Engage regularly with clients via strategic and operational review to evaluate needs and strategic direction. Present a value proposition and product features to audiences ranging from senior executives to technical stakeholders. Ensure internal alignment on account strategy by collaborating with the sales account executive to develop and execute on account plans. Become an expert on the client deployment and the go to person for strategic business direction. Educate clients on the value that they can generate from the power of companies solutions. Continually assess, document and analyze client progress toward stated goals and results. Ensure any account issues are resolved quickly, leveraging resources from across the company as needed. Gather client product feedback and communicate with product management to shape product roadmap development and present that roadmap back to the client.

What your background should be

Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing software applications or providing strategic advisory services and account management services. Experience with cloud-based or SaaS solution offerings. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, sales and marketing.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree in computer science, business, related field, or equivalent.
