Senior Developer

What you'll be doing: This position is responsible for providing the operational design, support, construction, installation, documentation, and troubleshooting of the business process automation environment and the custom interfaces and applications deployed to it. This position will analyze, design, and support interface solutions between internal and external applications that extend across all business units to achieve a high degree of interoperability and integration across the company technology landscape. This position will play a pivotal role in achievement of the organization of future meaningful use and connected healthcare goals and will be work closely with interface architect, enterprise architects of the company, and other internal and external resources.

What your background should be: 4+ years experience developing HL7 interfaces in the BizTalk interface engine. Significant experience with BizTalk development with Visual Studio 2008/2010 and C#. Mastery level understanding of the underlying interaction between the components in. NET and BizTalk. Knowledge and experience with BizTalk 2009/2010 installation, application development, & components highly desirable. Demonstrable knowledge of BizTalk administrative capabilities and application deployment. Team player with a can-do approach to solving complex technical problems. Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, support). Ability to consult with business leaders directly through development of positive working relationships. Experience in engaging / communicating directly with clinical or other business unit SMEs to drive a solution.
