The role will involve managing a highly performing team, planning and directing workload as well as preparing departmental budgets and ensuring ongoing staff development. Other duties include managing subcontractor relationships and establishing new client programs.
What your background should be
Minimum of 5 years of leading teams and managing direct reports.
Required Schooling / Training
Bachelor's Degree required /MBA preferred.
