What you'll be doing
- The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with key business areas/stakeholders to understand their goals, identify key business issues, analyze audience needs and identify and implement digital solutions that support business objectives and add value to the customer. He/she will be responsible for creation of the digital marketing plan for the asset management business. He/she will collaborate with business marketing, the business, and COEs to effectively create a digital marketing plan that links all digital marketing capabilities and media. This role is expected to bring value to the business partner relationship, and continue the ongoing promotion of the overarching digital strategy of the firm and expansion of online sales, marketing and self service capabilities for our customers. Key internal partners include business units, marketing, IT and other functional areas within the Digital team, as well as external creative and media agencies. He/she ensure that the overall digital approach for Asset Management is integrated and aligned with key enterprise strategies to take advantage of synergies, consistencies and marketing opportunities to promote the Asset Management Business.
What your background should be
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience; financial services industry preferred. Operational skills including management of budgets, processes and vendors, strategy development, digital marketing & strategy, proven innovator, especially using digital channels, technical aptitude and ability to direct IT and explore application of new technology/mediums.
