What you'll be doing
- Provide systems engineering support in the following areas: electrical power generation and distribution, shipboard auxiliary systems, structures, arrangements, and Shock Issues. Offer systems engineering analysis and recommendations for emergent technical issues, detail design evolution, design reviews, and engineering change process impacts. Perform systems engineering analysis and coordinate emergent Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) engineering issues between the various stakeholders.
What your background should be
- Minimum 8 years engineering experience. Experience with the minuteman 3 weapon system is extremely desirable, with specific experience in the Reentry System and Arming and Fuzing area a substantial plus.
Required Schooling / Training
- 4 year degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
