What you'll be doing

This position will be focused on developing financial projection that are tied to business plan and assisting in the development of new process to drive more collaborative and accurate forecast and budgeting. This position will also be responsible for reviewing performance against plan and forecast and discussing observation and recommendation with operational and business leader as appropriate. Additional primary duty include the tracking of intra month leading indicator on key metric, supporting new business development activity, and other change required for existing contract. This position is expected to interact on a proactive and regular basis with business and operation leadership to help them attain business and financial goal.

What your background should be

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of financial analysis or accounting work experience, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience of senior management reporting and presentation; demonstrated support of operation by utilizing financial analysis to make recommendation ideal. Proficiency in microsoft office. Ability to manage multiple task under pressure. Must be able to manage multiple project at once with strong problem solving skill. Must be able to plan and negotiate with excellent interpersonal skill.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor in accounting or finance is required.
